The inner tube adopts high efficiency internal thread heat exchange tube, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency.
Adavantages
1.The horizontal shell and tube condenser is designed as a horizontal type, which is very convenient for maintenance.
2.Before leaving the factory, all products have been tested for water pressure and air pressure to avoid customer concerns.
3.Horizontal shell and tube condensers can use copper tubes, stainless steel tubes, titanium tubes, etc. according to different water medium.
Why do condensers for seawater use titanium?
(1) Improve corrosion resistance and service life.
Good corrosion resistance of titanium to ammonia in seawater and steam .therefore it has a long service life.
Titanium is superior to copper alloy, and the lifespan of titanium refrigeration condenser tubes can reach 20 years.
(2)Good heat exchange performance.
The excellent corrosion resistance of titanium can make titanium tubes much thinner than copper tubes many. Although titanium has a lower thermal conductivity than copper, its heat exchange capacity can be increased by 3% to 5%.
(3) No need for leak proof accessory equipment.
After using titanium condenser the leakage rate is significant reduce and save processing and funds.
(4) Can improve the flow rate of cooling water.
Due to the good corrosion resistance of titanium, sediment and pollution deposits such as scale are not easily adhered to the surface of titanium, which helps to improve the flow rate of water.
(5) Save power.
Due to the fact that titanium tubes are thinner than copper tubes, when the outer diameter is constant ,a larger diameter can save pump power.
(6) The use of titanium condensers can improve the operational efficiency and safety of atomic power plants completeness.
