Prepare the compressor and water source, and remove the short joint on the water pipe of the heat exchanger.
Use a wrench or socket wrench to unscrew the fastening bolts of the heat exchanger head, rotate the head 180 degrees, and expose the heat transfer tube.
Insert the nylon brush into the heat transfer tube until the air blockage on the nylon brush completely enters.
Loosen the air valve on the air source, and compress the air to push the nylon brush forward. When the nylon brush comes out from the other end of the heat transfer tube, close the air valve.
Push the nylon brush back from the other end of the heat exchanger and repeatedly scrape it 3 times
Flush the heat transfer tube with water at a pressure of 0.3 MPa.
Replace a heat transfer tube and repeat the above 3 steps until all heat transfer tubes are cleaned.
